After you choose your menu, you’ll be sent an ingredient + equipment list + recipes, so you know what to have on hand to cook along with your instructor.

At the time of booking, we’ll send you a unique Zoom link so you can meet up with your instructor at the appointed time.

Have out all your ingredients and equipment before your class begins, as well as washing any vegetables (and your hands too!). Enjoy!

MISSION

Cooking is fun – and a valuable life skill that is getting harder to come by.

“Real food” is really good – it tastes good and we need it for strong, healthy bodies and brains. We do it because the best way to get kids loving real food is to get them in the kitchen measuring, mixing, chopping, touching, smelling and tasting. 

By teaching kids & families how to cook, real change can happens one bite at a time.

Virtual Cooking = Hands-on + Delicious + Fun!

A full line-up of virtual cooking classes for kids, teens and families. With interactive instruction from chef Sam, young chefs get to chop, mix and roll their way to a different delicious dish in each class - with enough to share with the family! Kids learn valuable culinary skills and new recipes, enjoy a fun hands-on activity, and are inspired to expand their taste buds to discover that "real food" can be really good.

  • Delicious vegetarian recipes (with modifications available for allergies/dietary restrictions)

  • Recipes + ingredient/equipment lists provided in advance
