Pork Dumpling

Please have ingredients out and ready to use. We will measure and cut together during class.

Filling

Ground pork - 2 cups

Red cabbage - 1 cup small diced

Scallion - 1 cup sliced 1/2 inch

Shiitake mushroom - 1 cup small diced (can substitute with other mushrooms)

Firm tofu - 6 oz (1 cup)

Garlic - 2T (2 cloves)

Soy sauce - 4T

Wrapper

All-Purpose Flour - 2 Cups

Water - 1/2 Cup (room temperature)
