Shrimp Dumpling

Please have ingredients out and ready to use. We will measure and cut together during class.

Filling

Shrimp - 2 cups (raw, peeled)

Scallion - 2 cups sliced 1/2 inch

Shiitake mushroom - 2 cups small diced (can substitute with other mushrooms)

Garlic - 2T (2 cloves)

Soy sauce - 4T

Wrapper

All-Purpose Flour - 2 Cups

Water - 1/2 Cup (room temperature)
